AppGrid AI - Your intelligent assistant

AppGrid AI is a voice-powered assistant that understands your data and can provide intelligent answers to your most important questions. It is designed to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your team and AI investment.

AI is all the hype these days, and you may be wondering why AppGrid AI was developed and how is it different from the Salesforce AI offerings.

Salesforce is promoting Slack to be the agentic interface for their offerings. We believe the Slack chat interface is fine for single-record type queries, but is not a good fit for companies with data intensive business processes.

AppGrid and AppGrid AI were designed specifically for this purpose.
